Bluewater's Pro water purifier is designed to fit compactly into just about any professional kitchen

Sweden’s Bluewater Water Purification Leader Showcases Innovative Product Lineup at HD Expo in Las Vegas

Overland Park, Kansas, May 2 – Bluewater, a world leading provider of water purification solutions for homes and hospitality businesses such as restaurants and hotels, will demonstrate its full lineup of powerhouse-performance water purifiers at the HD Expo tradeshow in Las Vegas, May 3-5, 2017. Bluewater’s compact, second-generation reverse osmosis water purifiers can deliver up to an unmatched 80 gallons of purified water per hour on demand from a compact under-the-sink, point-of-use unit.

“This is the first time Bluewater has exhibited at the HD Expo – so it’s really exciting to be putting our leading edge water purifiers in front of the movers and shakers of the U.S. hospitality industry at Booth 5657, Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas,” said Ms. Lin Guo, head of Bluewater USA Inc. She noted that since being founded in Sweden just four years ago, Bluewater has achieved global success with robust sales in the U.S., Europe, and China.

With its U.S. head office located in Overland Park, Kansas, Bluewater’s product portfolio and service support organization is geared to meet growing demand throughout North America. Designed to be easy to fit under a kitchen sink, the contemporary-looking high performance, compact and direct-flow Bluewater Spirit and Pro water purifiers are engineered to remove lead, chlorine, pesticides and herbicides, prescription drugs, and home detergents from tap drinking water.

The top-of-the-range Bluewater Pro, mid-range Spirit, and entry-level Cleone family of water purifiers are WQA Gold Seal certified, which assures customers Bluewater’s products have been tested and certified to industry standards and meet the claims made on the company’s packaging and literature.

Ms. Guo said numerous commercial operations ranging from top restaurants and hotels to laundry and car wash operations from London to New York and Shanghai already profit by using Bluewater’s water purifiers to ensure tip-top water quality for drinking, cooking, and washing.

“Bluewater’s purifiers allow business operators and homeowners to take control of their own water quality by providing solutions that address America’s pressing tap water problems, ranging from an aging water delivery infrastructure to the tragic lead contamination in Flint, Michigan,” said Ms. Guo.

-A new Bluewater White Paper discusses how emerging potential threats to human health, including pharmaceuticals, personal care products (PCPs) and endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs), are being found in tap drinking water despite passing through water utility systems. -Two Bluewater water purifiers donated twelve months ago to two community care centers in Flint, Michigan, as the lead crisis unfolded, continue to deliver hundreds of gallons of contaminant-free tap water every day. If used to full capacity, the two Bluewater units will have generated over 900,000 gallons of water over the last year, the equivalent of 3.4 million one-liter (33.8 fl.oz) bottles of water. One Bluewater water Pro unit is installed at the Catholic Charities of Shiawassee and Genesee Counties facility in Flint, while a second is being used by Shelter of Flint, which provides emergency shelter, transitional housing and outreach services.
