Bluewater national distributor in Poland, Kuna System, runs its own fleet of service vehicles

Providing proactive customer support in the time of corona virus

We are living in challenging times thanks to the impact of the Covid19 pandemic

Bluewater is meeting the challenge by engaging closer than ever before with its wide network of distributors and dealers in Europe, the US, China, and elsewhere to explore creative ways to deal with the fallout from the virus.

“Consumers and businesses rely on Bluewater water purification solutions, so we’re very much focused on maintaining a reliable flow of purifiers and parts to keep service functioning as smoothly as possible,” said Gustaf Hagström Bluewater Key Account Manager Europe & Nordics.

Many of Bluewater’s dealers have stepped up their own specific offerings to local customers who want peace-of-mind about tap water quality.

For example, Bluewater’s national distributor in Poland, Kuna System, has introduced a unique installment payment scheme that allows customers to pay over 10, 20 or 30 months.

In addition, due to curfews and restrictions on movement, Kuna System has produced a series of videos showing customers how they can change filters themselves.

Kuna System managing director Damian Abramowicz (photo below) said he had never hesitated to follow Bluewater’s pro-active lead to help ensure premium access to pure water in homes and businesses despite the challenging market.

Kuna System, with head office in Bielsko-Biała, Poland, employs and cooperates with over 150 people who sell, install and provide after sales support and service across the country.
