Coffee Rock® is a flavor first mineral extract for specialty coffee. A 6:1 magnesium to calcium ratio built to lift sweetness, brightness, juiciness and clarity while supporting body and mouthfeel. Zero chloride and zero carbonate, so it will not scale or corrode your equipment. How to use 1.5 to 4.5 mL per liter of RO or demineralized brew water. Light roasts and washed coffees sit near 1.5 to 2.5 mL/L, medium roasts 2.0 to 3.0 mL/L, dark roasts and Arabica/Robusta blends 3.5 to 4.5 mL/L. One bottle makes About 13 to 39 liters (3.5 to 10 gallons) of brew water, depending on dose. Liquid Rock® is Bluewater's Swedish mineral extract: a balanced 2:1 calcium to magnesium concentrate that turns purified water into clean tasting mineral water. The 2 fl oz dropper is the same concentrate Bluewater doses into its stations, in a size you can keep on the counter or in a bag. How to use About 2.5 mL, roughly half a dropper, per liter of purified or reverse osmosis water. Use more for a bolder mineral profile, less for a lighter one.
