Coffee Rock® is a flavor first mineral extract for specialty coffee. A 6:1 magnesium to calcium ratio built to lift sweetness, brightness, juiciness and clarity while supporting body and mouthfeel. Zero chloride and zero carbonate, so it will not scale or corrode your equipment.
How to use
1.5 to 4.5 mL per liter of RO or demineralized brew water. Light roasts and washed coffees sit near 1.5 to 2.5 mL/L, medium roasts 2.0 to 3.0 mL/L, dark roasts and Arabica/Robusta blends 3.5 to 4.5 mL/L.
One bottle makes
About 13 to 39 liters (3.5 to 10 gallons) of brew water, depending on dose.
