The recipe

  • 1 litre of RO or distilled water
  • 1.5 mL per litre light roast (especially fermented beans)
  • 2.0–2.5 mL per litre natural processed beans

Shake well and brew. Adjust to taste — the full dosing guide is below.

Six parts magnesium to one part calcium — the ratio Bluewater designed specifically for coffee.
