The recipe

  • 1 litre of RO or distilled water
  • 1.5 mL per litre — light roast (especially fermented beans)
  • 2.0–2.5 mL per litre — natural processed beans

Shake well and brew.

Six parts magnesium to one part calcium. That is the ratio Bluewater designed specifically for coffee.

Whichever way you dose — by hand from the vial, or automatically through the Cafe Station — the minerals are engineered for brewing only. No scaling, no corrosion on equipment. Just full, safe flavour every time.
