Our silicone bottom pad will prevent scratches on any surface. It also prevents sounds when you put your bottle down on a table or other surfaces.

  • How do I clean my bottle?

We recommend washing your bottle daily, especially if it has been used for other liquids than water. For deeper cleaning, mix water and baking soda to a paste and clean with. If you want to sterilize the bottle, do not boil the lid for more than 10 minutes as it may deform.

Liquids stay cold for 24 hours or hot for 12 hours. But, can we ask you (kindly), not to use liquid hotter than 100 degrees Celsius (212 degrees Fahrenheit) since the cap is made from BPA-free Tritan, a ‘safe’ plastic with no known estrogenic or androgenic downsides.

  • Can I have hot liquid like coffee in my glass bottle?

Yes, the bottle can hold hot liquid up to 100 degrees, but please be careful since the bottle will be hot to hold. Please use your silicone sleeve as heat protection.

  • What is borosilicate glass?

Not all glass is created equal. The infinitely reusable, Bluewater borosilicate glass bottles are made mostly of silica, the same substance found in rock and sand. Highly durable, it has a higher heat resistance than other types of glass. Plus non-toxic borosilicate glass is safe and environmentally friendly, making it a better choice both for you and our planet.
